  • All ambassadors are handled regularly to ensure friendliness in any situation (we are proud to say we have never once had an injury occur due to one of our ambassadors)

Some information about our ambassadors;

I want to see an ambassador but it says “currently unavailable.” When will they be available again?

When an ambassador is marked “currently unavailable”, it means they are temporarily not participating in interactions or programs. This may occur for a variety of reasons, such as a routine rest period, specialized care, recovery, or ongoing training.

Our ambassadors will return to programs and interactions once they are ready.

If you are hoping to see a specific ambassador, you are welcome to call and ask about their status. Please note that exact timelines may not always be available.

Our animals health and wellbeing will always come first, no exceptions.

If we believe an ambassador is becoming stressed or uncomfortable during an interaction they will be removed from the situation immediately. We also do not place our animals in situations that we believe could cause unnecessary stress, injury, or illness.

During your interaction, please follow all handling instructions provided by our staff. These instructions help ensure the safety and comfort of both our guests and our animal ambassadors.
